Description
An intricately painted oval shaped mother of pearl pendant decorated with birds and flowers. These pendants were created in the Middle East and were most likely made by Persian artisans. Dating of these is difficult and it could range anywhere from the 1920’s- 1970’s. The shelllac has yellowed a bit and the quality is quite good so it is possibly on the older side of that range. It would be lovely worn on a cord or incorporated into a necklace of your creation.
Condition: In Excellent – Very good condition. It arrived missing the bail so a new silver plated jumpring has been added.
