These beautiful pierced earrings have been created from 18K gold plated metal with hand painted enamelling and glass. Bill Skinner jewelry comes in a branded dust pouch or a gift box and is designed in London England. Due to the handcrafted nature of these hoops, the hoop potion will not be perfectly round.
